Task: Increase LSA Ads Leads
Situation:
A law firm in Southern California was relying on Google Local Service Ads, and leads were drying up due to reduced visibility and algothim changes.
The law firm must find ways to increase leads by leveraging strategies to get more visibility and clicks to ensure that business is growing and KPIs are met.
The Task:
- Phase 1: Analyze all aspects fo the current LSA Ads strategy
- Phase 2: Ideate on new strategies to increase visibility and clicks
- Phase 3: Implement new strategies and monitor results
Hypothesis
There was two major hypothesises: one map local area codes to the local office, for example, Riverside will receive 951 numbers, San Bernardino will receive 909 numbers, and Los Angeles will receive 310 numbers. The second hypothesis was to open open the geo-targeting to ensure that LSA ads and specific offices overlap to give a better opportunity for visibility and increase LSA leads
Implementation
Implment CallRail to track calls and map them to specific offices. Increase geo-targeting to ensure that LSA ads and specific offices overlap to give a better opportunity for visibility and increase LSA leads
Results
The law firm saw a 20% increase in leads and a 15% increase in revenue.
